This modell is a real technical masterpiece!

 

It not only impresses with the outstanding appearance and technology of the Nightjet model, but also has its own decoder in each car.

 

This means that the light functions in the carriages are automatically switched on and off by a random generator. The light color can also change between two brightness levels.

 

What else the model can do:

 

■ Special edition limited to 150 (DCC) / 50 (AC) units

■ Each car has its own individually designed light board for DCC digital operation

■ Headlights/tail lights, driver's cab lighting, train destination display and aisle lighting can be switched and numerous compartments are also individually illuminated

■ A total of 77 Aux outputs are used to control 285 LEDs throughout the train

■ A specially developed random mode creates the impression that passengers temporarily switch the lights on/off in their compartments at night

■ Switching between optional cool white and warm white interior lighting

■ The lighting is buffered per carriage with its own capacitors including charging circuit

■ The light boards each have their own Railcom transmitter and therefore allow convenient programming on the main track
