Refund policy

At this point, we are unable to provide returns and exchanges.

For every order we send out, we inspect and/or test its items before we pack the order. We use bubble wraps and/or packing peanuts to ensure the order is protected properly. We try our best to minimize the chance of you receiving a defective product. However, there may still be accidents during shipping, If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately via email at info@trainmodel.com. In the email, please include your order number, pictures of defective product, and brief description of the defective area. We will coordinate and figure out a solution together =).
