We usually take 2 business days to process an order. Once the order is processed and ready to be shipped out, we will send an email to notify you.

All of our orders are shipped as parcels from Hong Kong, China. We use HongKong Post to ship out our orders. Tracking number will be provided. Delivery times are estimated by HongKong Post and they are not guaranteed.

Clearance - Free Shipping Items

We provide free tracked shipping for some products in our Clearance section. Please note that if you order free shipping items from this section with products from any other section(s), the order may have shipping fee charged to products from other section(s).

Free Shipping

Except some particular items, we offer free tracked shipping for local (Hong Kong) orders that are over HKD$500 and international orders that are over HKD$3,500.
